Why was my Google Business Profile suspended, and what should I fix before I appeal?
Most suspensions follow a mismatch with Google's guidelines for representing your business: keywords added to the business name, a virtual office or PO box as the address, a service-area business showing a home address, or a website that names a different business. Fix the listing so it matches your real signage, address and website, gather proof such as a business licence and utility bill, then appeal through Google's appeal form. This pack, for local businesses, diagnoses the likely violation, lists the fixes and drafts the appeal for you to submit.

Who it's for
For local businesses with a real address or service area whose Business Profile was suspended and dropped off Maps. It suits owners and managers who can edit the listing and website and want a clear plan before they appeal.
What it isn't
- Not a promise that the listing will return. Google decides every appeal.
- Not for listings with virtual-office addresses used to fake a location, or lead-generation listings.
- Not account access: we never ask for passwords, and you submit the appeal yourself.
- Not legal advice.

Questions
Why did Google suspend my Business Profile?
Usually because something on the listing breaks Google's guidelines for representing your business. Common causes are keywords or city names added to the business name, a virtual office, coworking desk or PO box as the address, a home address shown for a service-area business, or a website and signage that name a different business than the listing.
Can you submit the appeal for me?
No. The appeal has to come from the business owner or manager through Google's own appeal form, and we never ask for account access. We give you the fix list, the evidence checklist and drafted appeal text. You make the fixes, attach the evidence and submit, so the listing stays fully under your control.
What evidence will I need?
It depends on the violation, but Google commonly accepts a business licence or registration, a utility bill or lease showing the business name and address, and photos of permanent signage. Google may also ask for a short video showing the street, signage and inside the premises. The checklist in the pack is matched to your case.
Do I need to record a video?
Sometimes. Google may ask for a continuous video showing your location, signage, the business in operation and proof you manage it, such as opening the premises with your keys. Only you can record it, because it must be live and on site. The pack explains what to show, in what order, so the video matches the appeal.
What if my appeal is rejected?
Google makes the decision, so we cannot promise an outcome. Google may let you ask again with more evidence. The pack lists the most likely violation and any secondary issues, so a later attempt can address what the first one missed. Our refund covers delivery of the pack, not Google's decision.
How long does it take?
You receive the pack by email within 24 hours of sending your details. Google's review after you submit is separate and outside our control; it can take a few days or several weeks. Making every fix before you submit helps avoid a rejected first appeal, which can slow down any later review.
Refunds
Full refund if we can't deliver: if we can't produce your pack, or it arrives later than the stated delivery time, you get all your money back. We don't control decisions made by other companies (for example a platform's review team or a card network), so the refund covers our delivery, not their decision.
